View from our room was amazing and the walk to every thing was quick and easy (10 to 15 minutes). The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good but not great and is the reason I did not give 5 stars. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Great hotell in the old town located at the orvile gate. Few minutes walk to the streets and attractions in the old town. Nice room with city view. Fridge in the room. Bus stop Garibaldi 100 metres from the hotel or 20 minutes walk from train statio .

Immensely enjoyed our 2 nights here, we arrived on a Friday afternoon and left on a Sunday morning. In the heat of August, the A/C was working (yay!) and the shower was used often. The best part of Hotel Minerva was the breakfast! This was the best breakfast of our entire trip, it had a basket of gluten free goodies (and as a Celiac, I appreciated this) and there was an individual helping make morning drinks (I loved my cappuccino and latte macchiato). For location, it's walkable from the Siena train station, the Medici Fort, and downtown but you will easily reach ~15,000-20,000 steps.

We had issues getting here and finally arrived at 02.30 the next day! Nothing but cooperation, help and support. Arrived, received keys to 4 rooms and went to bed. Great staff. Lovely in Reception, Breakfast and Room. We had a superior room. Amazing Terrace!

Good stay in Siena, great location and views, close a bit from everything. Great customer service and fine breakfast. Rooms not too fancy but comfortable beds and space.

This place needs an upgrade, my feeling when we walked in was like going into a hospital with the reception behandling glass in the entrance. Breakfast really boring and simple, breakfast room loud, we decided to go out for breakfast even if it was included. The rooms was very simple, more like a b&b, Loud noises from the pipes in the bathroom. You woke up when the room next door flushed their toilet. Some really weird noises from the waterpipes. On the positive note... -Great location and the view from the room was beautiful.

I have visited the minerva motel in siena, with my wife. We have enjoyed an incredible view, an excellent cleaning service and a good breakfast. But, above all things, what I appreciated the most was Giorgio's attention, the man who is at the reception, who responded to any request with the best predisposition, never saying no for an answer. I appreciate it very much and it made my stay here very pleasant

Good location on the edge of the town just within the old town walls. Short walk to centre of town. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had a lower level room with it's own outside patio with nice view of Siena Front office staff very helpful and efficient. Only downside is breakfast staff could take lessons in enthusiasm.
